DEPOSITS

All appointments require a non-refundable deposit. This deposit is to be paid via bank transfer within 24hrs of making the booking or at the time of booking when booking online. Failure to pay the deposit may result in your appointment time being allocated to someone else. The deposit is non refundable and comes off your total on the day of your booking.

CHANGES TO GROUP BOOKINGS

All group bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure the booking. Any guests that cancel will need to give at least 48 hours notice, otherwise will be required to pay the full amount. To avoid being charged the full amount, you can find a replacement guest to take your place.

Any additional guests or services added to the booking will need to be agreed upon before the appointment. Eg. If you have 5 people booked in and a 6th person would like to book as well, please let me know prior to the day of the appointment so I can pack enough brushes and allow enough time. If you like to add hair services to a makeup only booking please always let me know beforehand so I can bring my hair styling kit and allow enough time. Anything added on the day without a heads up may not be accommodated for.

NO SHOW AND CANCELLATION

Not showing up to your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit. 

I have a 48 hr cancellation policy. Any last minute cancellations will mean loss of deposit. If you are unable to attend your appointment for any reason, please contact me ASAP to cancel or reschedule. If 48 hours notice is given, your deposit can be transferred to another appointment within 3months of the original booking.
